J&R Tool’s goal is to serve as a federal defense contractor and manufacturer supporting various components of the Department of Defense and the Naval Sea Systems Command. J&R Tool also operates as an integrator in order to provide our customers with COTS items as well as sourced items from other manufacturers with the purpose of giving our customer a complete product in a cost-effective manner.
